You may notice that ‘Free Pickup’ is no longer shown as an option at checkout, but fret not, though Chit Chats has discontinued this service – we are still giving you guys the flexibility to pick up your orders, for free, at your nearest post office.
Starting August we will be offering FREE SHIPPING to FlexDelivery addresses within Greater Vancouver. FlexDelivery is a free service provided by Canada Post that enables you to have parcels sent directly to your chosen post office for pick up. All you need to do is to sign up for FlexDelivery and use your personal assigned address when you check out. As long as your FlexDelivery address is within Greater Vancouver (and your order a minimum of $35), shipping is free.
Shipping is also free within the lower mainland for all orders over $35CAD. This may be a slight increase over the previous rate, but we’re also lowering the minimum purchase rate for FREE SHIPPING Canada-wide (as well as in the US) from $150 to $125!
Not only do we have these flexible shipping options, but we’ve also added Apple Pay, Google Pay and two flexible payment options – Affirm and AfterPay.*
