Shipping and FAQs
What are your shipping rates?
We currently offer Free Shipping within the US and Canada for orders over $150 CAD. And Free Shipping within Greater Vancouver for orders over $30 CAD.
We also ship worldwide. To view shipping rates to your country, please use our shipping calculator when going through checkout. Shipping rates will be based on the items added to your cart and your full shipping address.
All orders are shipped with tracking information using Canada Post, Chit Chats and Stallion Express.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes! If you live within the Greater Vancouver area and have a minumum order of $30 CAD, you’ll be able to see the option to pick up your order at your nearest ChitChats location at no additional cost. Just choose the option “Pick it up for free at your nearest ChitChats location” at checkout. Once the order is placed and processed, you’ll get an email or text from Chit Chats to schedule a time and date to collect your order.

What do you use to clean your records with?
All used records that we sell are cleaned using the Degritter. We clean the records when we get them and then clean them again before we send them off to you. All used records come with a new inner sleeve and an outer sleeve.
How long until I get my records and cassettes?
We process items for shipping one business day after your purchase, and we’ll send you a confirmation email once your items have shipped.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Please note that shipping estimates do not guarantee a delivery date and that carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. You can check the status of shipping using the tracking information that we’ll provide once we ship your items out.
