Shipping and FAQs
What are your shipping rates?
We currently offer Free Shipping within the US and Canada for orders over $125 CAD. And Free Shipping within Greater Vancouver for orders over $35 CAD.
We also ship worldwide. To view shipping rates to your country, please use our shipping calculator when going through checkout. Shipping rates will be based on the items added to your cart and your full shipping address. Please note that items shipping internationally may be subject to customs processing depending on the item’s declared value. Buyers may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance.
All orders are shipped with tracking information using Canada Post, Chit Chats and Stallion Express.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries around the globe. To check if we offer shipping to your country, enter your address at checkout and if shipping rates are displayed, will be able to ship your order out to your location.
All purchases will be shipped out from our store in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada.
Please note any taxes, duties and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyers may also be subject to additional charges for customs clearance.
Can I pick up my order instead?
While we currently do not have a physical location, if you live within the Greater Vancouver area and have a minimum order of $30 CAD, you’ll be able to see the option to ship your order for free to a FlexDelivery location near you and pick it up there.
FlexDelivery is a free service by Canada Post that enables you to have your parcels sent directly to the post office of your choice. If you choose to enter a FlexDelivery address within the Greater Vancouver area and have a minimum order of $30 CAD, shipping is free.

What do you use to clean your records with?
All used records that we sell are cleaned using the Degritter. We clean the records when we get them and then clean them again before we send them off to you. All used records come with a new inner sleeve and an outer sleeve.
What's a catloaf?
See Exhibit A:
The position of all paws tucked underneath the body has been lovingly coined by the interwebs as the ‘loaf’. A cat doing it is called a catloaf. Cats are not the only animals capable of doing this as evidenced by Exhibit B – dogs loaf too, corgis are the best at it:
How long until I get my records and cassettes?
We process items for shipping one business day after your purchase, and we’ll send you a confirmation email once your items have shipped.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Please note that shipping estimates do not guarantee a delivery date and that carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. You can check the status of shipping using the tracking information that we’ll provide once we ship your items out.
